Meet the Owners

Built on a shared passion for barbering, excellence, and community, Immortal Craft Barber Lounge is proudly led by co-owners E.J. Smith and Jarrod “Jae” Easler. Together, they share a vision of elevating the barbering experience while creating an environment where both clients and barbers can thrive.

With more than three decades of experience and extensive formal training in cosmetology and barbering, E.J. brings a wealth of knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication to the business. His philosophy has always extended beyond the haircut itself. For him, barbering is about building genuine relationships, understanding each client's individual needs, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Jae shares that same commitment to quality, professionalism, and the continued growth of the barbering industry. Together, they have shaped a space that celebrates individuality, encourages professional development, and gives independent barbers the freedom to refine their skills, express their creativity, and build lasting careers.
